It’s that time in my life now where my generation of cousins and siblings head out into the world searching for work as well as starting a new family. Not too long now before my cousin a.k.a first-in-line in our generation gets married. Congratulations abg. Ir! May Allah bless you and your future wife.

So it’s the last day of 2009. As I peek out the window, I see the busy streets of Kuala Lumpur packed with cars of people heading home to their family and loved ones. The Petronas Twin Towers standing ever so still in the distance; probably getting ready to usher in the new year tonight with a countdown and fireworks display at the stroke of midnight. The weather in Kuala Lumpur also seems to be ready to greet 2010; hope it’ll last till after midnight .

Do you quantify your friends or just give a general amount when referring to how many you have?
“I have 54 more friends than you.” or… “I have a lot more friends than you.”
Quantifying friends… some might say one likes to be precise yet some might say one is arrogant. But, who keeps track of how many friends they have? … do you? I sure don’t.
